John was born in Boston Massachussets and has traveled and played in many places.  You may have seen him play in Boston, New York, St.Louis, Kansas City, Ottawa Canada or more recently in Lawrence Kansas where he currently lives.  John has an immense repertoire of Spanish and Boroque music that he has mastered over his life and shares with listeners and students.  Some of his favorites guitar masters are De Visse, Bach, Villa-Lobos and Tarrega to name a few.  John is also a composer of original music and is currently recording for distribution soon.  If you are in the Kansas City area John is also available for lessions so please use the "Contact" page for inquiries.
